These terms describe how you may use Keyword Impact Tracker. Access is currently provided by request, and some features may change as the product evolves.
Use of the service
Keyword Impact Tracker lets you track exact keywords against exact pages, import Search Console performance for those tracked keyword–page pairs, monitor tracked pages for SEO-relevant changes, and generate client and agency reports. You are responsible for having the right to connect the Google Search Console properties you authorize and to crawl and monitor the pages you add, including client sites you manage on their behalf.
Accounts and organizations
Access is currently provided by request; we do not yet offer public self-serve signup. Accounts are associated with an organization (your agency or consultancy workspace). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Team member roles and permissions may be added in a future release.
Google integrations
When you connect a Google account, we request read-only access to Google Search Console only. We do not request or use write or administrative Google APIs, and we will never modify your Search Console properties. You can disconnect a connected Google account at any time from within the app.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit, including tracked keywords, URLs, and client information. We process that data only to provide the service described in these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to crawl or monitor URLs you do not have the right to access, to attempt to circumvent security controls or rate limits, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Reports and outputs
Reports and dashboards summarize data we observe, such as imported Search Console performance and detected page changes, to help you measure and communicate SEO work. They are informational only. Keyword Impact Tracker does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or any other search performance outcome.
Availability and changes
The service is under active development. Features, plans, and pricing may change as the product evolves, and we will provide notice before introducing billing. We do not currently offer an uptime service-level agreement.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
